Yes. I provide telehealth therapy for adults throughout Michigan.
I have a limited number of in-person appointments in downtown Ann Arbor.
I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield (not BCN) and Aetna. If you have questions about coverage or out-of-network benefits, I'm happy to discuss them during our consultation.
We'll spend about 15–25 minutes talking about what's bringing you to therapy, what you're hoping for, and whether I seem like the right fit for your needs. You'll also have an opportunity to ask questions about my approach, fees, insurance, or anything else that's important to you.
I primarily work with adults experiencing anxiety, burnout, and people-pleasing. I also work with many adults with ADHD and provide LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy.
That depends on your goals. Some people come to therapy for support around a specific challenge, while others choose longer-term work to understand patterns that have been with them for a long time and begin doing things differently. We'll check in along the way about what's working and what you need.
